Shipping & Returns
Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days once it is shipped (depending on the method you select) and we will send a confirmation email to you when your order ships. If you need to receive your order sooner, please select one of our RUSH options during the checkout process.
All shipping rates are the same price regardless of how much you order! All orders (excluding hair clips) can ship for $3.50. Below you will find our shipping options as well as transit times.
Standard Shipping Methods -
First Class Mail – this is our most economical shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will be shipped regular mail. While the postal service states this method should take 4-6 business days, we have had packages take up to 2 weeks, though rare. Normally you can expect delivery in a week. Please keep in mind that during busy shipping periods such as holidays, shipping can take longer. This is a great option if you are not in a rush to receive your order and would like to save money. There are no insurance or tracking services with this option, so you cannot check delivery progress or find out when to expect delivery. Orders which have items from our "Hair Clips" category are not eligible to ship this method due to the weight of the items.
Priority Mail - a fairly reliable shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will be shipped through the postal service, but via their priority service. This method is faster than first class mail and usually takes 2-3 business days. Like first class mail, this service is not insured or guaranteed and can take longer than the 3 business days. Please keep in mind that during busy shipping periods such as holidays, shipping can take much longer. There are no tracking services with this option, so you cannot check delivery progress or find out when to expect delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. In the event something you ordered was not what you were expecting, we are glad to exchange it for you. If you need to exchange an item, a RMA# must be obtained in order to receive a credit for anything returned. To obtain a RMA#, please follow these instructions:
1. Log into your account through our website
2. In the upper right hand corner, click on "My Account"
3. Click on "Order History"
4. Click on the order number for the item you wish to exchange
5. In the upper right hand corner, click on "Merchandise Return Request"
6. Select the item you would like to exchange and select the "Return" button to submit the request
You will receive an email once your exchange is approved with further instructions. Items approved for an exchange need to be shipped back within 7 days of receipt of the item. All items returned to us MUST be returned in original, new condition and similar packaging as it was originally shipped in. We do not issue refunds, but you are welcome to exchange the items for any other item we carry. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange items in the event exchanges are not in their original condition or if our exchange policy is abused. Special order items cannot be exchanged.
