Shipping

Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days once it is shipped (depending on the method you select) and we will send a confirmation email to you when your order ships. If you need to receive your order sooner, please select one of our RUSH options during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates:
All shipping rates are the same price regardless of how much you order! Below you will find our shipping rates as well as what type of service and transit time to expect with each option.

Standard Shipping Methods -

First Class Mail $3.50 – this is our most economical shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will be shipped regular mail. While the postal service claims this method should take 4-6 business days, we have had packages take up to 2 weeks, though rare. Normally you can expect delivery in a week. Please keep in mind that during busy shipping periods such as holidays, shipping can take much longer. This is a great option if you are not in a rush to receive your order and would like to save money. There are no insurance or tracking services with this option, so you cannot check delivery progress or find out when to expect delivery.   Orders which have items from our "Hair Clips" category are not eligible to ship this method due to the weight of the items. 

Priority Mail $5.50/$6.00 - a fairly reliable shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will be shipped through the postal service, but via their priority service. This method is faster than first class mail and usually takes 3 business days. Like first class mail, this service is not insured or guaranteed and can take longer than the 3 business days. Please keep in mind that during busy shipping periods such as holidays, shipping can take much longer. There are no tracking services with this option, so you cannot check delivery progress or find out when to expect delivery.  Orders which have items from our "Hair Clips" category cost $6.00 to ship due the weight of the items, all other items ship for $5.50. 

UPS Ground $10.00/$12.00 – a guaranteed and very reliable shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will ship through UPS. Delivery in the continental US is 1-4 days depending on how far from us you are located. There are tracking services with this shipping option and once your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you will know exactly when to expect your package. Insurance is also included on your package should you select this shipping method.  All orders can ship for $10 via this option unless you order items from our "Hair Clips" category.  Those orders cost $12.00 to ship due the weight.

Below are our RUSH shipping options.
When you select any of our RUSH shipping options, your order will automatically be processed before other orders so that it ships out within 2 business days. If you need your order sooner than 2 weeks, please select a RUSH shipping option as we cannot guarantee you will receive your order unless a RUSH option has been selected.

RUSH Priority Mail $10 – our economical RUSH shipping option. If you need your package right away and cannot wait, this is a fairly reliable way to expedite your order. If you choose this method, your package will be shipped through the postal service, but via their priority service. This method usually takes 3 business days. This service is not guaranteed and can take longer than the 3 business days. There are no insurance or tracking services with this option, so you cannot check delivery progress or find out when to expect delivery.

RUSH UPS 2 day $20 - a guaranteed and very reliable shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will ship through UPS. Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days from the day we ship your package. There are tracking services with this shipping option and once your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you will know exactly when to expect your package. Additionally, your package is insured should anything be damaged.

RUSH UPS Overnight $35 - a guaranteed and very reliable shipping option. If you choose this method, your package will ship through UPS. Delivery is guaranteed the following business day after we ship it. There are tracking services with this shipping option and once your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you will know exactly when to expect your package. Shipping this method also includes insurance should anything happen to your package in transit. 


Returns & Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase.  In the event something you ordered was not what you were expecting, we are glad to exchange it for you.  If you need to exchange an item, please include a copy of your invoice with a note as to what you need to exchange the item for.  Please include $2 to cover the return shipping back to you as well as any additional cost if you are exchanging for something not of equal value.  Exchanges are ONLY accepted if returned to us within 7 days of original delivery to you.  Please note that we do not accept returns nor issue refunds.  All items returned to us MUST be returned in the original, new condition and similar packaging as it was originally shipped in.  We reserve the right to refuse to exchange items in the event exchanges are not in their original condition or if our exchange policy is abused.  Special order items are cannot be exchanged.
